The Method

One team, from your first question to a product running in the world.

We work in three stages: Think, Build and Disrupt. The same people take an idea from its first assumption to a live product, so nothing gets lost between stages.

Each stage has four parts.

Scroll

Think

Find what is worth building.

Every product starts as a hunch. Think is where we turn that hunch into something you can test: who it is for, what needs to be true for it to work, and what to build first.

Product Strategy

Let's define the product, the market and the first release together: vision, positioning and success metrics, market sizing and business model, roadmap and release sequencing, and build, buy and partner decisions.

Market Research

Understand the landscape before you enter it. We analyse competitors, read demand signals and pricing, interview customers and segments, and check regulatory and platform constraints.

UX Discovery

See the experience before you design the interface. The work is user research and journey mapping, information architecture, low-fidelity prototypes and usability testing on early concepts.

Assumption Lab

Test the riskiest assumptions before you commit real money. We map and rank them, design the experiments, run landing pages, concierge and smoke tests, and review the evidence for a clear go or no-go.

Build

Products that run in production.

Anyone can make a demo work. The real test is production, with real users, real data and real consequences when something breaks.

Product

Products people use: product architecture, backend and frontend engineering, web and mobile, performance and releases.

AI

AI systems that perform in production. No AI ships without an eval suite. We build agents and LLM systems, retrieval and memory architecture, model selection and fine-tuning, plus the evals, integrations and monitoring around them.

Platform

Technology foundations that support growth: cloud architecture, data platforms and DevOps, security and compliance, and capacity engineering.

Modernization

Existing systems brought forward. We assess the system and plan the migration, replatform in increments without downtime, migrate data, integrations and workflows, and keep supporting it as it evolves.

Disrupt

Launch is a data source.

Building something is the beginning. Putting it into the world is where it starts to matter, and where you finally learn things nobody in the room could have known.

Automate

Workflow and process automation. We map and redesign the process, automate and orchestrate the workflow, design where a human stays in the loop, and measure the time and cost recovered.

Intelligence

AI embedded in everyday operations. We put AI into operational workflows, feed decisions with real-time data, build decision support and forecasting, and monitor, evaluate and improve it in production.

Speed

Release faster, with shorter cycles from build to live. We set up CI/CD and release engineering, feature flags and staged rollouts, and experimentation and measurement in every release, so feedback reaches teams and users sooner.

Scale

Capacity, reach and reliability as demand grows. We do performance and load engineering, reliability and observability, and cost and capacity planning, so growth does not bring the same rise in complexity.

We build in four industries where traffic spikes, money moves and users leave the moment something breaks.
