How does hiring work?

You apply here. We review the application, then usually hold a short call, a practical exercise or conversation about your work, and a final round with the team you would join. Most processes finish within a few weeks.

How long until I hear back?

We aim to reply within two weeks of your application. If you are shortlisted we will email you to schedule a call. If you have not heard from us after that, it is fine to write and ask.

Where are the roles based?

Our studio is at DLF Corporate Greens, Gurugram. Each role listing shows its location, and the apply form asks whether you are open to relocating.

Is remote or hybrid work possible?

It depends on the role. We value working in the same room, so many roles are based in the studio. Some allow hybrid or remote work, and the listing says so. If it is not stated, ask during the first call.

What if I am serving a notice period?

That is fine. Tell us your notice period when you are asked, and we will plan around it. A long notice period does not count against you.

Why do some applications ask about CTC?

Some roles include screening questions about current and expected CTC. We ask so that we can be upfront about the range early and avoid wasting your time. Answer honestly. It is used for the offer discussion and not shared outside the hiring team.

What should I include in my application?

A current resume (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 5 MB) and a LinkedIn profile link. For written questions, short and specific answers work better than long ones.

There is no role for me. Can I still reach out?

Yes. If you build well and think clearly, tell us what you would work on and why. Email [email protected] with a short note and links to your work.
